"Where to start, this place was more than we expected! We came up to a gift from the Host and it was soo sweet and thoughtful!! This home is exactly like the pictures and more!! The cleanliness was amazing, I did not buy anything for the household except our food and drinks. The home had everything you can think of! I love that you didn’t supply this home with cheap products everything was great quality! I felt so at home and peaceful! The walk to the beach is short and you basically have a private beach we spent most of our time there and our little loved the beach toys and ball it was the perfect touch! I could go on and on about this home if you are reading reviews to decide PLEASE BOOK IT YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!! We have stayed at plenty of Airbnb and this is top tier!!! This was the best bday trip I have had yet! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with my family and I! And thank you for providing such a comfortable stay!! We will definitely be coming back!"

We had such a wonderful stay at FlipinFlopin! The house is so bright and peaceful. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay, including all the kitchen items needed to cook a full Thanksgiving meal. Everything is very well maintained, high-quality, and organized. We loved the original artwork on the walls and our kids really appreciated the beach supplies! Kathy and Jen were the best hosts - very kind and understanding. Thank you for the welcome gift! This really was a perfect stay. I would recommend it with no hesitation!!

We had the best time staying at FlipinFlopin! This property is at the best location for time on the beach but also so convenient to shops, restaurants, etc. The space is so clean and comfortable! Thank you so much for taking the extra time to make it convenient with USB chargers on the night stands, the nightlight in the restroom, safety gates on the stairs, beach equipment/towels, etc. (I could go on!). We had our 3 year old with us and the walk to the beach is the best- you walk out of the front door and immediately are on the sand! Super easy for anyone with littles! Also the loft was a big hit with her! She loved it. We are big fans and cannot wait to stay here again! . 

We loved our stay at FlipinFlopin. First of all, the beachfront views from this corner unit are incredible. We saw dolphins, shorebirds, and horseback riders during the day. At night, shrimp boats lit the horizon and the starry sky was amazing. We found everything to be super clean and comfortable. The beds were great and the reclining furniture in the living room was perfect for relaxing. We also enjoyed the new deck chairs and the kitchen was well equipped for both cooking and baking. The owners have thought of everything, and we appreciated the little touches like the fluffy bath towels and cozy blankets. We enjoyed fishing and shelling on the beach and liked being so close to Salinas Park (great pickleball courts, playground, and elevated walking trails). This location is centrally located, so it was easy to explore The Cape, Rish and St. Joseph Peninsula State Parks, Indian Pass (the IP Raw Bar is a must), Apalachicola, and Port St. Joe (make sure to climb the lighthouse). We are so sad to leave this place, that we're already making plans to come back.

We enjoy staying here and try to get back each time we come to the area. Everything is lovely and the beach is wonderful.

Our family had a wonderful week stay at FlipinFlopin! This is our second time staying at this house, and the improvements the new owners have made really took this already great property up to exceeding all of our expectations. Kathy was an excellent communicator, and was quick to respond to any of our questions or concerns, The sand added to the walking path out to the beach was very nice, especially for the golf cart we rented for the week. The deck chairs were an excellent improvement, along with the bed added to the loft. We are a family of 5 with three young children, and we were all very comfortable staying here. We cooked 3 meals a day in the kitchen and found that there was everything we needed and more. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the care and thought of every detail on this property was very evident and appreciated! We couldn't get over how the beach remained uncrowded in the beginning of July! We spent long days on the beach, and truly enjoyed every minute making lasting memories with our family. We are already looking forward to returning! 

We really enjoyed our stay at FlipInFLopin! Communication was great with Kathy and her co-host, Jen. It made check-in and check-out a breeze. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the ocean waves made it nice to fall asleep and wake up to. The beach was super easy to access. It was only a short walk. The beach had lots of room and wasn't at all crowded. Washing off with the outside shower was very convenient. The downstairs storage was also great to put our beach stuff and fishing gear in. We took Kathy's advice and explored some of the local restaurants, all of which were very good. Port St. Joe had lots of activities for us including a pontoon boat rental in the bay, a guided fishing trip where we caught a bunch of trout and shark, and lots of relaxing on the beach. Our final night we made a small fire on the beach and enjoyed stargazing. We would highly recommend this property if you're looking for some R&R. We hope to be back!

Kathy was an amazing host. Incredibly responsive and kind. Gave great recommendations and went above and beyond for our stay. Would recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay with an amazing ocean view.

This place was great for our family of 5. The views were great and location right on the beach in a quieter area on the gulf.

We loved the quiet and private atmosphere of this home. Breathtaking views and extremely easy access to the beach. Was very clean and had everything we needed. Perfect place for families. Would definitely recommend!
